Default Break-in on 11:1 pistons??

I just got the jugs back, everything is ready to bolt back on. Might be able to do it tonight(alot easier to work on an engine when it isn't in the frame). What oil should I run and how should I break it in? Also, Any ideas on jetting (I modded the stock exhaust, 10 3/8" holes through ALL baffles).

It looks like it's time for you to invest in a penland big gun!!!!!!! You obviously want that thing to be a monster, so take the step up!!!!

Run a good quality mineral oil (not synthetic) to break it in. Go up one size on the jets; you will be very close. Did you have to rejet when you put on the snorkle system?
