my daughters 99 lt80 has started popping the reset switch under the rear fender,lt80 (jack moore) told me to ask lynn if he thought maybe the starter might be trying to go out. you can hit the start button and it will hit for a second then pop the reset button after 4or 5 times it will finally start cranking.

 

I'm starting to think that the button/switch is bad.
It's not too common but they have been a problem from time to time.

 

where can i find one? also i can get the starter rebuilt should i go ahead?

 

i have a handlebar switch and a used starter, if you're interested shoot me a pm and i'll dig em out
