dinli 50cc quad Help

Hi was wondering if anyone knows how to bypass remote on off switch on dinli 50cc quad.quad will start if I put charger on it and crank like crazy,was wondering if the light stays red it wont let electric choke engage

IMO, If you have spark, you need to do a compression test.
