Hello everyone.

I just bought a 2006 mongoose 90 and first thing I did was open the CVT looking for this "spacer", "wedding band"; whatever you want to call it. I took off the front variator using a 17mm impact gun and I found no such spacer. There was a big boss sleeve with a shoulder in between the 2 halves; you can see this in my pictures. Am I missing something here? To my knowlege the speed restriction has never been removed in the past or has it?
