Default Daughter's z50 quad - NO SPARK

Hi guys! Brand new to the forum and I've been doing some great reading on here. But I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I picked up a 2006 Suzuki LT-Z50 for my daughter and I am running out of brain power.....

The bike has no spark. I've purchased a factory service manual and followed all of the trouble shooting guides. Previous owner had some time in it and supplied a new coil and a new cdi box.

After following the trouble shoot guides and using a fluke test meter I thought I had figured out the issue. So I replaced the stator and pick up coil assembly. No changes! If the parking brake is not set, no crank. If the killswitch is not set, no crank. If the tethered kill switch is not pushed in, no crank. So I am "assuming" these connections are good. I don't know what else to check.

Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob

Can you post the specs for checking the coil and stator? Anything else that can be checked/measured on these atv's?

Sorry if this is the same as the checks in the book, but from the diagram, the wires to the CDI are:-

O/W Is live through Ignition switch + remote switch + stop switch.
W/B Is live when parking brake is on.
R/B Is live when the starter button is pressed.
Black goes to the ignition coil and should pulse positive at ign coil.
B/W Is negative from battery.
Brown picks up a signal from trigger coil in alternator, should pulse positive.

Apart from the brown wire and the black, all these wires should get a full 12v so may be best checked with a test lamp to ensure you are getting power as well as volts to them.

Check the back of your key switch. i have seen them where the wire was only holding on by a thread.
