My kids' 110cc mini ATV lost spark. Problem is not the CDI and the battery is good. I dug into it and found the problem - a loose bolt in the stator area came out and tore up the 6-coil stator.

Seems that this unit has 6 coils and 4 wires with bullet connectors coming out of the engine are toward the CDI.

The one wire going to the CDI pickup is intact but I cannot get a spark waving a strong magnet near it or anything simple. The pickup sits outside the magnetic ring.

All the torn up coils are from inside the magnetic ring.

All the cheap stators on ebay that I see from US sellers have a square block connector on 6 coils, or 2 coils. Are they compatible?

Until I get the right part, is there any simple technique to bypass the stator coils, maybe even pick up some current from any ones that are working at all, and let it run just on the battery power?
