Angry 125cc will switch on but will no crank
125cc ATV no name i think its Chinese will switch on but will not crank the engine

Unfortunately "will not crank" means different things to different people. Will not spin on the starter or, to some, won't run when spun. Please be more specific in what it doesn't do.
