You can try to search the web by putting your states names fisrt then ATV (i put in ct atvyouth racing) and places in ct came up then i did it to states near me. They have alot of info on some pages. we just got into it too. If you lived near ct i could tell you some places to go. The good this about youth racing is all kids get a trophy. You can also look up AMA.com most tracks want you to be signed up with them before racing. also try your state then motocross after it

I've been looking to get my son a wheeler or a Honda CRF/XR50 dirtbike with training wheels but I'm not sure what one to get him???
Where can I find info on these DRR wheelers you guys are talking about, I tried searching but maybe I'm not using the right words...
With the wheeler its safer but with the dirtbike there's more room to upgrading it, the bigger he gets the bigger I can make the bike and then when he finaly out grows it I can have myself one of those cool 50's you can find on the fast 50's web site.
For the wheeler I was looking at the Kazuma Meerkat until I found out they are not Honda engines, the Alpha sport Kolt 50 or Cobra 50 (same thing?) and the Dinli to name a few, you guys here seem to like the DRR.
Anyway I need some help deciding what to get him any suggestions?

The biggest consideration is safety. It's not what will last the longest, but what size can she handle? I just bought my 7.5 year old daughter her second quad, a Suzuki LT80 this week. She got her LT50 for Xmas last year, and though she outgrew it in less than a year, it was worth it to know that she could handle the bike. If you have friends with quads, or can rent them, see if you can test ride a 50 and and 80/90. I did that with my daugher last October and we both decided that she would get the 50 first. At first she insisted on the 90, but once it started up she chickened out. She rode the 50, but then I made her get back on the 90 and try it. She was much more comfortable on the 50, as she said that her hand had to stretch too much for the throttle and brake on the 90.
The LT50 is a great bike, I got it OTD for 1900. I'm going to put it up for sale for 1500, so it wasn't a bad investment from either a monetary standpoint or a safety standpoint.
Just make sure that your daughter is the right size for the quad. My daugher is a very sturdy 4'6" and is now just the right size for the 80. One other thing to consider is the weight of the bike to your daughter's size. If she dumps it, can she get out from under it? Consider the safety issue, after all , you can always get antoher quad.
