Sorry about that, I am usually in the Kawi forum and accidentally posted a topic here[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] Since I'm here, I have an eight year-old. Are most of the kid quads pretty equal?

Talk about an open question on this forum.... It's like going on an automobile forum and asking "is GM, Ford, Imports or other brands the same?" Then you sit back and watch the sparks fly....

If wondering, NOT all mini-quads are the same. It's like asking if your 2004 green V-Force is the same as an Arctic Cat red 500i. Completely different beasts because each brand / model was made for a different purpose. Their comparison would be like comparing one apple against one orange.

On the more serious side, please tell us what specific brand & size of mini quad you are thinking about for your 8 year old. Also, tell us what type of unique riding your kid will be doing. For example, Trail only, Racing only, sand only, hills only, mixed, etc. By allowing us to better understanding what brand & size you are thinking of, and your unique driving conditions, you'll obtain more focused feedback.

I ended up in here by pure accident. I did some searches and found one interesting fact. The kawi 80 is a twin to the suzuki. Not saying this is bad, I would just rather it be all kawi. If I were going to get a new one I suppose I would go Honda. I understand your frustrations on the simple question[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] This happens all the time in the Kawi forum. Just wanted to break the ice. Thanks
