I believe they are the same as a Kasea, which is a great quad for kids.

I BOUGHT MY SON AN EXTREME TANTRUM 50 IN SEPT FOR HIS 4TH BDAY. HE LOVES IT. SO FAR IT SEEMS TO BE BUILT WELL. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AT ALL. ONLY THING I HAVE FOUND IS IF U RUN IT OUT OF GAS AND THEN TURN IT TO RESERVE ITS STILL OUT OF GAS.SO THERES REALLY NOT A RESERVE. IT HAS BEEN MONEY WELL SPENT. I WILL KNOW HOW WELL IT HOLDS UP AT THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER AFTER 4 OR 5 ROUNDS OF GNC NATIONALS.

Just sold my two Tantrum 50's. We bought new and had them for about 14 months. Kids just outgrew them and we are moving up...still haven't decided what to yet.

Bottom line is they are good quads, but I think the Tantums lack a little and need some updating. Just looking at the Viper and Alpha Sports, Xtreme needs to get on the ball, the Pro100 is great, but only having that one machine to compete is too little. Reliable, tough, always started, ran in water, rocky trails. No real complaints.

They are not the same as the Kasea, they are the same as the Polaris Scramblers, made by Aeon, along with Alpha Sports. But, since each company has their own designs and engineering, they look much different.

thanks again guys. i was hoping to find someone that had one for awhile... makes me feel pretty good that you had 2 and never had any problems. this quad is going to be for a 4 year old.... then handed down to his sister in a couple years.... thanks again to all how responded. i found a dealer willing to part w/one for $1050.00. other dealers wanted 1500-1600. i have to drive about an hour and a half.... but i'm pretty sure that i'll still be ahead saving 500 bucks

IS THE ONE FOR $1050 A TANTRUM 50 OR A 49. THE 49 IS ALITTLE SMALLER THAN THE TANTRUM . ITS THE SIZE OF AN LEM OR ETON.THE TANTRUM IS BIGGER. THE 49 IS AROUND $1000 TO $1099. tantrum $1600. i bought the tantrum because i know my son would have outgrown the 49 in a year.

this would be the x49 gilesracing. my son is pretty small. don't think he could handle the size of the tantrum. he only weighs about 30-35#. i've seen the x49 on ebay as cheap as 995 but i pay shipping. i found dealers within about 1-2 hours. i contacted them about pricing and they all wanted about1500-1600. i thought that was steep considering i contacted a dealer that far away that was selling them on ebay for 1100. he told me he would sell me one for 1050. i pick it up. it's in ohio so i won't have to pay tax up front. only when i title it into pa(we have to register all atvs now if you want to ride on state trails ) i will have to pay $60 sales tax. still didn't think that was too bad though.

Love my son's Xtreme49, my boy is 4 and a lil guy. it's an awesome quad for a 4 year old, may be able to stretch it till he's 6, but not likely, it's a small quad, but liked it more than the Kazuma, Kasea, or Viper, got mine for 1300 OTD (Orange County), it's been rolled a few times and fires right up, remote kill switch maxes out at about 90'
