Default Mud question

I thought about this after. Yamaha makes a set of formed/molded fender flares for mine but I thought the price was ridiculous (like everything from the dealer). They are designed for the specific atv though, and they don't look cheap or out of place. These mud flaps I'd like to actually see on something. If anyone has added them, please post a pic.

I remember a couple of years ago JC whitney sold some rubber fender flares for trucks in a roll, I believe it was pretty cheap and would look much better than a conveyor belt. I will try and find it

fishslab, that is an awesome, cheap fix. it look's factory; not tacky at all. I like the looks of that a lot better than the flaps from ebay. the ebay ones seem to be designed to face the wrong way (although you could flip them , it still wouldn't look as good). .....although my old conveyor belt still looks pretty rustic...lol.

BTW, on that link, the guy had a tough time describing the proper type of plastic. I'd go to a plastics store; they usualy know there stuff, and should be able to recommend the right product.
