Looks right. The first Ktm 50s used this Moto Morini engine also.

The broken link looks like a standard chain link. Being European, the link could be for ISO chain, but any engineers supplier should have them.

Thanks Merryman. I will remember looking for the link with an engineer supplier should the problem arise again. It certainly would be less expensive. I really appreciate your input.

Default Assembly of clutch

Any trick to getting the assembly together. The last spring seems almost impossible to get on.

Just like brake shoe springs on old atvs and motorcycles. Easier if you have the master links off, shoes over the main hub, hook the springs while you slightly tilt the shoes inward to get slack, then pop the assembly back over the main hub. Then install the links. At least it was easier for me on the Ktm 50s this way. If you have it all together then use needle nose pliers to pull the spring end close enough to where you can pop it in with your thumb.

I am beginning to wonder if they have sent me heavy duty springs as opposed to regular. The old springs seem more stretchable tan the new. Is there a visible difference between the types?

Using the old springs, the clutch went together. Still was a struggle. Ready to ride. Thanks for the helpful comments.

What is the quantity of oil that should go in the Lem crankcase? In millilitres I thought 250.

On the Ktms that used the Lem 50 motor it showed 150ml(little over 5 ounces) on the case. I threw in a tad more, around 6 ounces.
