ETON oil injector pump block-off

I have been trying to find a oil injector block off plate for a 2003 Eton viper 50. If anyone has any info please share it.

ETON oil injector pump block-off

I have heard you can use automotive style freeze plugs or you could just remove the gear from the pump and leave it on.
