Does anyone know if the after market bumper made by DG for the Pred 90 if fit the SP 90. Because I'm getting tried of buying new plastic for my sons Sp 90. I know that they don't make one for the SP 90 but I did see that they make one for the Pred 90 and Scrambler 50.

As a suggestion, you may want to surf http://www.dgperf.com/ATVpages/ATVhome.asp to see if they have your desired bumper online. If it's not online, you may want to contact them at http://www.dgperf.com/ATVpages/ATVcontact.asp to inquire if they have it, but it's NOT on their web site. Sometimes, companies are developing new products and they are looking for people to "trial it" on their production quads. One of those pre-final test before starting mass production sales.

I found a bumper on ebay that might work for you.

A few moments ago, I came across a SP-500/SP-700 "bushguard style" bumper on ebay. It probably won't fit your SP-90 unit but to me, its protection design is much better then DG's traditional racing style. For a visual, surf: . Press Here. If you know any metal fabrication shops, they may also be able to make you a scaled down version bush guard.
