Eton front brake adjustment
#2
There are two adjusters on the handlebars where the cables go into the lever assembly.Just unlock the big round locknut and turn the adjuster out until you get the desired travel in the lever. Then retighten the the big lock on each cable.I jack the front of ours up and spin the front tires and apply the brake to make sure the brakes come on at exactly the same time.Once you've done that take it for a test ride and try skidding the front brakes to make sure they come on at the same time. The bike should not pull to one side or the other.

If your hand lever adjustment screws are all the way out and you're still not comfortable with the tighness of the brakes, you may have to move the brake lever arm back "one notch". We had to do this twice for the back brakes on our Pred-90. I suspect one more notch and we'll need NEW back brake pads. Ensure your brake pad thickness is at a comfortable thickness as well.
Hope this helps...

The above adjustments should work on your E-Ton 150 "cable system" as well. To obtain exact instructions for your unit, you should check its manual. Hopefully, you have a Owners / Operators manual for your 150 unit.
As a suggestion, you may also want to pull the hubs off your unit and inspect for mud / crapp in the brake pads / discs. One day the brakes on our Pred-90 weren't working as good as they usually do. I pulled the front drums off and noticed they were caked with mud. Almost like someone pushed chocolate pudding inside them. If wondering, we do lots of mud riding and it gets pushed through its outer seals (if one could call them that). After we cleaned out the mud, our brakes were as good as the day we bought it.
Hope this tip helps as well....
