I have a Suzuki QUAD 50 that is hard to start. It takes 20 pulls to start. It has maybe 15 hours on the motor. Never ran out of oil. I changed the plug with no improvement. I have some ideas on what it might be.

Does anyone know how I can get the top off of the air filter so I can clean it.

I was also told it might be a clogged exhaust. Not sure what to do about this if it is

I was told there is a carb restrictor that I can also take off. Anyone know where it it is and know I can
get to it?
