used '95 Breeze, please help

I'm looking at a 1995 Yamaha breeze. Any special problem area to be warey of? what should I be checking for? any feedback appreciated. thanks.

Biggest concern is the valves need to be kept adjusted and the brakes wear fast other than that pretty good machines dependable and can go places you will be surprised it can.
