my name is carly i am 7 years old my brother is 8 my brother is faster than me cause he has modifyed 80 i want to be faster than him somday case my dad will fix my 80 so i am faster how can i make my 80 faster my dad let me ask this. he is agood dad and takes us to the dunes lots. love carly. my brothers name is cody. i raced my dad at first bowl and beat his 400.but i think he let me win.

in the september 04 mag of dirtwheels they have a projest kfx 80 with CT's engine kit. made that thing realy fast for a mini. im shure they got that same kit for the LT 80s. Pm me, if you want to contact CT racing. I got the number and there web site.

Carly dear, give your dad and mom a great big hug... not many children your age get the opportunity to ride an ATV in the first place. Racing or competing with your brother may make for some fun around the home, especially when you have bragging rights after beating him, but I'd like to recommend that both of you concentrate on improving your skills, keeping things as safe as possible, and pay close attention to what is going on around you when you ride.

Just being able to spend time as a family doing something that you enjoy is a wonderful thing...don't listen to your brother's bragging of being faster than you... because it really doesn't matter. Just think of what he is missing when he is concentrating on winning so much that he forgets to just have fun... Being first only means that the ride was over sooner...

You take care now, listen to your parents, be safe and ride responsibly. I want you to be able to pass the fun and enjoyment to the next generation that comes after you some day.

When you and Dad are ready give this man a call he knows all about the lt80!!!

I can bet that you will be blowing past your big brother very soon.

Carly, if you can't make your quad faster, then you need to make Cody's slower. Sneak around and let the air out of his tires. You'll beat him for sure. My other plan will require a little more work on your part. Ask your dad if you and him can work on making your quad faster together. Help him out as much as you can. Make him tell you what he's doing. Hand him the tools he needs( even if he has to show you what tool first). Ask him why he is doing things the way he's doing it. Try to remember he is probably busy too, so you may have to wait sometimes, but I'm sure he wants to help you go faster. Have fun and be safe!!!
