wider track on lt80
#61
I posted a couple of photos of my widening kit availible from most hardwar stores near you. It also includes flipping the front wheels. It is good for about 5" total in front, which for my son, has been plenty so far.

I guaranty it is stronger than the stock set up. Could you imagine bending one of the bolts through those two nuts? Ain't gonna happen. It has been on for about a year. It has held up to jumpimg and me popping wheelies on it.lol Also you get more action out of the front suspension when you move out on the ends of the front.

Ok on my son's lt I can't figure out what the hell is wrong. When it sits there the shock on the one side seems to be compressed so I thought it was blown. So to be sure I switched the two shocks around and the other shock did it too! Mind you I installed a set of Works all the way around on the Lt. Both wheels are tipped in but one more than the other. I also have a set of stud extenders on it I believe they were made by Moose. ( I'll have to double check) So what is making the shock compress? And why are the wheels tipped in so much? Could the extenders possibly be bent? I even put on other spindles and had the same results.
How do the Kasea shocks or the new ones form Midwest compare to the Works shocks? My son races MX and I gotta get this thing wider without the wheels tipping in so much.
