Default Bypass run/stop switch?

Hi all,

My son has a 50cc Kazuma that I'm can't get started now. It's getting fuel OK. I suspect a bad run/stop switch. What's the best way to test or even bypass this (temporarily) to see if it the problem? It's a 3 position switch. Run in the middle, stop in the right and left positions.

Dear nevermore98:
I am an authorized Kazuma dealer and I see that you are having problems with your unit. I had a customer that had a similar problem. 1st if you bought the bike from a dealer they should be giving you a 6mo. warranty on the bike. If you did not I would suggest the C.D.I box is bad. That will stop you from getting a spark. I would ask you to see if you getting spark or not. If you are not getting spark I would call the dealer you bought the bike from and ask for a C.D.I box. That should fix your problem. If I can help you out in anyway you can email us at www.racewayatv.com Or call us at are toll free number 1-888-Race ATV, All The Best.

My sons Viper had a similar problem, the key switch was corroded. I took it apart and cleaned it, applied some dielectric grease, put it back together and sealed it.
