If it's the full-size mini, you can get works or elka.

Call Billy at WRH Racing.

.

htloi,

Works, Elks, PEP and other shock specialist companies may be able to help. When ordering shocks from them, you need the rider weight and your specific riding conditions, so they tune the shocks behavier. Thus, getting the best performance for your unique conditions. Because of this, these shocks are very expensive. I've heard that Works Shocks are the least expensive.

As a suggestion, you could take the measurements of your current shock(s) and compare against other 50cc and 90cc brands. Sometimes, you may get lucky and find another shock that not only bolts directly on, but is better then your current 50cc shock. More lbs and more movement. Stock shocks from a different brand are much less expensive then high performance shocks.

Hope this helps too.

The elka's are real pricy. I ordered a set of works for my son's 70 Arctic Cat. They were $620 delivered to the door. They will take 2 to 4 weeks to make.

I know this sounds condsending, but did you check the air pressure in the tires? Most mini's recommend less that 5 lbs of pressure... The tires really have more to do with suspension on these than the shocks....

Most minis have bad suspension and its probably not worth upgrading a 50 unless they are going to be raced.
