picture help

im trying to download some pics to my page...im using easy share kodac software but it keeps tellin me it must be 150k or less...or something like that....how do i change my pic size to be able to post my pics?

picture help

i took the pic and opened it with another program...happened to be pixviewer i think...it had a resizing area...just resized to the smallest option and sent to desk top and was in business...hope this helps
