Default 110 dual a-arm project

My brothers quad (chinese 110- not sure which brand) is currently undergoing a complete revamp. We are nearly finished with installing our own dual a-arm front end , still needs some tweaking but we're close, only steering arms to lengthen & new shocks to finish. Also decided to invert the rear axle spacer tubes to stop the annoying rattle sounds & the need for constant washer additions under the hub nuts, however discovered during this process that the axle splines are well worn. Anyone know of an easy fix for this? Will post some pics as we progress if anyone is interested.

2 pics posted.

Welcome to the forum priesty, I would love to see more pics when you are done. Looks great so far. Should bring the quad to a higher level.
