Welcome to the forum CalOffRoad. I was just wondering where you ride where it is cool for red stickers all year? As for chinese quads in general, if you can turn a wrench you'll be ok.

Any pointers on where to get the front wheel spacers for the 250 (or 150MKII-I assume they would be the same)

I just rode a Kazuma 250 sport model today at my dealer. First, the engine is way smoother than my new 150 untility Kazuma, mainly I think because the engine has big rubber mounts, no rubber mounts on the 150. Also I have to disagree with an earlier post about the width being the same as the MKII 150. I saw them nose to nose, and the 250 is 4-6" wider than the new wider 150 sport model. Spacers may not be needed. The bike I rode started and ran well, and had a lot more power than the 150. I was just putting around a small parking lot so I didn't get to really try it out on dirt. The steering seemed to be easier than the 150 as well. I didn't get an exact price, but my impression is that it's about $500 more than the 150.

I give it thumbs up and I want one. Might have to wait a while though, and convince my wife that she looks great on my 150, and it should be hers..... except when I need it.

ogfalcon great post! Im sure your posts help a lot of Kazuma owners out there! Or soon to be Kazuma owners!!!
You hit it right on the head with the set up for the KMZ 250! That is two of the most important things to check! Nice work!!!

Thanks, Raceway Staff...I've put together a "few" of these things...plus done a fair bit of building, modifying, racing, etc all types of automotive and motorcycle products.

Jonathan

PS: Any chance those parts for my dad's 200 are on the way?

They had 2 more things to add to the order and it will be sent out DHL on Monday! You will have it for this week coming up. And I still have a few more for parts if you ever need anything.

Awesome, John!! The only part that I need right away is the left side engine cover and the new front wheel assembly...We want to get this bike fired up and out on the trails!! I'll probably end up TIG welding the large puncture on the existing case, just to keep it as a spare, though...My dad still thinks he's a MX racer today, like he used to be in the past, and tends to be hard on bikes...let's just say, I always keep the MIG and TIG handy.
