I do have experience and I think a 150 would be perfect[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I have the Yamoto150 and a Honda 250. The Yamoto needs alot of work to get it right, but now its a great little quad for my kids. All of the modifications are in this forum. Follow them,a nd do it the first day you have it. Or you'll be searching the desert for bolts. Luckily, I found mine, and was back running that day.

Its all about the money. If I were rich, I'd buy all big name quads. But, I didn't want to wait for the rest of my life saving up $10K for 3 quads. It seemed easier to spend $6K. Its like that Harley commercial, just buy it now, and if the Yamoto at $1500 is what you have, then go get it. Or cut grass all summer and spend $3400 on the Honda next year. But it will be a long summer.

Here is a recent recall from Honda. You may want to check and see if you have one of the bikes. Honda recalls 200,000 ATV

The largest ATV maker, Honda, is recalling roughly 200,000 ATV's. after concern over steering rods separating.

American Honda Motor Co. is recalling about 200,000 all-terrain vehicles after receiving more than two dozen reports of steering rods separating, which could cause drivers to crash.

Almost 17,000 of them were sold in Canada, a Honda Canada spokesperson said.

The Torrance, Calif., company has not received any injury reports related to its 2004 and 2005 FourTrax ATVs, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday.

Honda motorcycle dealers U.S.-wide sold the ATVs, which were made in the United States and came in red, olive, yellow or blue, from August 2003 to February 2005 for $3,600 to $8,000 US.

They sold in Canada for about $5,600 to more than $11,000.

Consumers are urged to stop riding the ATVs. The company will directly contact registered owners and provide free repair, the CPSC said. More information is available by calling Honda at 866-784-1870, weekdays 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. EDT.
