Default OIL INJECTION QUESTION?

On the Suzuki LT 80 they put a washer with a .25" hole at the exhaust port going into the pipe. They also had a spacer inside the carb to keep the slide from going for full open. With those 2 things removed there was huge difference. Plus we put a pipe and rejetted the carb. That thing hauled A*#.

Default OIL INJECTION QUESTION?

I would like to get one of the Unison's to work with/have and build into a racer but the funds won't allow it this month.
Generally speaking. The restrictors in the exhaust are limited to the Pw's, JR's, and little lt-50's.
The cdi limiter is probably not there, generally the less than huge companies tend to limit speed by either sprocket size, carb sleeve restricters, or variator spacers.
Also some exhaust I have seen as of late have an additional baffling pipe that is removable by bolt/screw removale.

Will I be here often? Hope so! As long as I can log on automatically.
I have been extremely busy as of late, which limits any available time for e-mail or forum response. When I do get to sit down in front of a computer that is generally due to exhaustion. Hence making it difficult to respond completely.
Just think, I was working at Garland Suzuki in Dallas, Texas Metro area before they ever had a 4 stroke, and well before the first LT-80's were released.
I must have assembled a hundred of them, I may well be one of the few guys still doing this that had the pleasure of uncrating, assembling, and doing the pre delivery On the LT-250/500's. I was always quite thrilled to service out a Quadzilla 500.
