Reverse option, useful or waste of money?
#11
I have a 04 predator for my 10 year old. If you ask him he wants reverse. I dont think he needs it. We trail ride and some dunes but mainly trail ride. Last year was his first year with it. He complained about not having reverse and how it was not fair that i had it and he didnt. I told him when he can afford to buy his own quad he can get one with reverse.
This year sofar we have been riding a few times because of the weather. He remembered from last year how to use the quad the rite way when turning. He uses the hills to roll back and do a 3 point turn if availible. If not he looksa at the trail and positions the quad so when he needs to get off and push, he doesnt have to do it that many times. He did learn something.
