Help with first kids atv purchase
#1
Help, Help and Help again. I am new to the atv market (so please don't blow me away with technical terms) and we would like to get our 2 boys age 6 and 8 an atv to motor with us. I have read some here and looked around. What it appears to me is a 50cc atv will quickly be outgrown by my boys but a 90cc appears to be to big. Therefore, I have been looking at the 70cc atv's. Any comments? Also off the internet the only 70cc atv's I can find is on ebay and one at raceway. The raceway one is a Yamota (l think) and the ebay one's are a Hornet, Warrior and SLA. Has anybody had any experience with these? I really don't want to send $2,000 for a name brand that the kids will outgrow and do in. Any comments will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

I'm new to the ATV world as well -
I will make a HUGE RECOMMENDATION for a dealer I've been in touch with this past week who has helped us troubleshoot some problems with our son's bike and we didn't even buy it from him. I was so impressed with his willingness to help us and because of him we were able to figure out what (luckily) ended up to be a simple fix. Wish we would've found him before we purchased elsewhere! We have not gotten any real tech support from who we did purchase from and that has been very frustrating!
I'm not sure if he has what you're looking for but I can say he really went out of his way to help us.
His name is Jim - www.kidatvs.com (make sure you don't put an S after kid) - He is based in Hastings, MN and is a Redcat/Kazuma dealer.
Good Luck to You!
