remove the plastic heal guards
Remove footpeg bolts and push pegs foreward.
Remove the nuts around the sidecover. INCLUDING the bolt at the 3 O'clocl position on the lil cover.
Remove the starter bolts.
Sidecover will come off (with a bump or 2 from a hammer).
An impact wrench should be used to remove the front and rear clutch nuts.
Check the rollers for flat spots and replace. Zuki crams all the grease they can in ther front clutch, I don't use but a dab (high temp grease) to hold the rollers in place during installation.
Sand the glaze (carefully, don't go hog wild) off the rear clutch contact pads.
Check the rear clutch for bad bearings.
Make sure the keyway on the front clutch is lined up during installation.
Those sites (like hymis mentioned) only shows the parts diagram blowup, but sometimes they indeed help.

I'll leave to good stuff to LT80, he's da man for sure.

But, YES, you can jump start these lil things.
You can jump start it with a normal car battery, BUT, it is best to just connect the batteries and NOT start the vehicle. These lil batteries don't need that much juice to get going.

Good Luck and have fun

i think you guys all missed the titanic on this one. you can buy a factory pull start for these too, and it's a great back-up to have. cost around $100, bolts right on, and away ya go.
