Default Spark plug question.

Hi, I did a search here for spark plug replacement for a Kaz 110. I found someones post saying NGK 7HSA was the one I needed. Well I've been all over the place, and all I can find are a NGK CR7HSA, or a NGK C7HSA. I was wondering id wither of these would work instead? I did buy them both, and they look similar to the old plug, but I dont wanna chance screwin anything up by stripping the block or anything. Thankyou again in advance!!!
