I was wondering what front variator most of you guys are using to replace the stock one . it is for a kasea with a 70cc kit and all the other goodies except a aftermarker variator.

Are most people using the Hetricks, Malossi, or are there others out their that are better then those and should I get a kevlar belt with the new variator or is the stock one good? Thanks

 

You can get one that works as well as the malossi for less money IMO. Give Billy at WRH RACING a call he sells one that works very well and isnt as pricey as some. If you havent done other clutch mods for the 70cc kit there is probably much more power to be had there. I have always had the stock belts hold up pretty well and just replace them when worn but others swear by their kevlars. If Billy is out of them let me know I have a local guy you could call that sells a good one we have used on the 50s and 90s.
