Baja 90cc

Hi guys....another NON-Baja rep here ready to chime in....and just like Sawyer I have had excellent results with my 2 bikes over 3-5 years now I had the 50cc as well sold it to my neighbor down the street last sept.,........... stills runs great, him and my boy ride together a lot......sorry for your woes but 1 or 2 bad apples don't spoil the whole bunch.........my local Pepboys has sold hundreds of these bikes with only a few minor issues on some at best......I know this because I know the manager and talk to her often....and again I'm not rep. as a matter of fact I'm unemployed.....lol.,....so if Baja would give a job I would be more than happy.....ha !! Again sorry about your problems and good luck.....and I really think that some people need to spend a lot more and buy extended warranties on name brand bikes for piece of mine.......Baja's are not honda's..... they are about saving money , treading light.....and being able to crank a wrench if need be.....in 3-5 years of ownership the only part I needed was a tire tube for the 50cc and a new battery for the 90cc......old battery was fine but I wanted more juice for cold starting........wow I must be good.....lol.

yes i would say alot of people in here might work for baja, because personaly i think there garbage.......what bugs me is canadian tire just turned there backs on you have nothing to do with it...... now that it doesn't work......i had it to a small engine repair shop in which baja sent me and still doesn't work....ran maybe 8 hours with a 6 year old on it.....something wrong with that picture.......baja needs to employ ENGLISH speacking people i think!!!!
6 days for baja to send work order
14 days for small engine to repair it
20 days pricessless

I bought a baja for my kid. He rode it less than 3 hrs and now it wont start. Don't buy this quad if you expect it to go up any hills. will not pull itself up even a small hill. My son has an e-ton 50 that he has grown out of so I thought get a Baja 90. The e-ton 50 is slower but has lots more torque. My opion save your money and but a e-ton, honda, or other major brand. My son has had his e-ton 4 years and no problems.

Hello, I just purchased a Baja 90 from a local Pepboys. I bought it 2 weeks old and it has been on almost everyday since the date of purchase. For the fun a $800 price tag, personally I think I have gotten my money's worth. I already beat it up bad enough to snap the cast bolt connecting the tie rod to the back of the wheel, I thought I was screwed, but when I brought the broken part into PepBoys and ahowed the assembly man he walked over tot eh new ones sitting on the floor and took the part off of the new one and handed it too me for free. I was suprised and didnt expect this at all! I did take into consideration though on how it will be diffficult to do this again, but that's for worrying about in the future. This is the Exact Baja 90 I just bought: http://www.bajamotorsports.net/ATV/ba90.htm It is different from some of the Baja 90's explained earlier in the forums so please dont refer to older models. I have no real issues with it except the speed, Im aware the machine has the ability to go faster because it misfires when I max the speed. It has and electronic C.D.I. witht he 4-2 wiring combination and I have read a few things towards "cutting the green wire" and am reluctant. If anyone has any information or the sources of an Unlocked CDI box witch will stop the electronic engine limiting I really would like to purchase one of these. Thanks!
-The little black CDI box seen here: http://stores.ebay.com/OFF-ROA...Z6255242QQftidZ2QQtZkm is similar to what I need if anyone has information to what they have done to improve the speed of the Baja 90 quad please let me know!

Don't cut the "Green" wire...engine will not start I had to splice it back together. Sad part is out on the trails the wire keep coming out of the fastener I used killing the engine.
