The roller plate has squeezed onto the crankshaft. Prolly a installation problem with the keyway.
Try to pry it off, but pry on both sides at once. You don't want to bend the crank.

thanks lt80 , got home read your reply went out and yoused a puller very carefully it came right off thank you. checked all my rollers and each one has some sort off flat spots i guess i need new ones? how and where do i get new ones? thanks

Yes you need rollers.
Get them at a Zuki dealer. You only need 4 of them in there. (4 bucks each)
Check the plate that covers the rollers. If grooved where the rollers run, get that piece also. (approx 5 bucks). [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
