How fast does a Yamoto 110cc go, and how reliable is it? Better so, how reliable is Yamoto all together? What is the most common problem with it, and is there any after market parts for it?

Thanks,
John Mayor

Read all the threads on the Yamoto 110cc that you can. I bought one for my boy and immediatel it started making a shriell noise in third gear which continued into second and first. Now most guys will say " run it for an hour or two or three and change the oil". I don't buy that. Now Yamoto is standing behind this problem and is sending me a new motor/transmission. Supposedly they know about this problem and the new engines have been cured of this " tolerence issue". By the way, I was graciously taken care of and was told my new motor was being shipped and I would have it in 2 but no more than three weeks.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------that was 5 weeks ago. Also the turning radius stinks, but if you read the threads, you will learn how to cure the turning radius. Other than that, It really looks aggressive setting in my shed and I'm sure my boy will have fun with it someday. (man, I can't wait, then I can get my not so pretty Suzuki back)
