For TOE adjustment instructions, surf page 37 & page 38 within:

To adjust the TOE, loosen the both lock nuts on the Tie Rod, and turn both Tie Rods the same amount. Then, tighten the lock nuts back down. One lock nut is normal thread direction and the other is the opposite hread direction. For safety, you should consider using the TOE adjustment measurements that are within this Service Manual. Having too much TOE IN is dangerious.
