Unison Leaks Oil
#1
I just bought a Unison 50 & 90. Both run great except for ne small item on the 50. Oil continues to drip oil from the overflow tube that is just on the other side of the fill hole. I don't get it, when I check the oil it about 1/2 below were this tube come out of the side. One would think that there is too much oil in the case but that doesn't appear to be the case. Any ideas why this would continue to drip? If I'm not mistaken these Unison have the same motor as the Polaris so maybe one of the Polaris guys can help.
Thanks

Are you talking about the transmission tube/gear oil or 2 stroke oil res? If its the transmission its somewhat common on some minis to do this. We use a longer piece of tubing and route it up high on the frame and ziptie. Fill it up and get a longer tube you can ziptie up high. Hope this helps.
