Kazuma 250 Losing Spark
I bought a Kazuma 250. It runs great for about 15mins. after the engine gets hot, it shuts off while you are riding. I then attempt to restart and it has no spark, I have changed the plugs and so on. After letting it cool for about 10mins. it starts and runs great for another 15mins. Dose anyone have any ideas! what could be causing the problem.
Dose anyone know where to find the schematics of this engine

Mike, I have a new Kazuma 110 Falcon MKII that is doing the EXACT same thing that you are describing.
Have you gotten yours fixed? If so, what did you do? I am going to try cleaning the carb bulb tomorrow.
Please let me know, my 9yr old is very discouraged.
Thanks, Teej6

teej6,
Dont get discouraged. These will have some quirks but they can be worked out and it will be a good atv. Make sure you dont have any wires hitting the exhaust. My 110 had a melted coil wire that was on the exhaust and would do the same thing. I rerouted the wire and taped it up.

My son's is working great now. Worked on it for 30 minutes yesterday. Adjusted the carb again. Added gas with Stabil in it. Blew air through the gas tank vent tube. Oiled the air filter. Let is idle for about 15-20 minutes then adjusted the choke again. My son rode it for about 30 minutes and I adjusted the choke one more time. My son rode it all day yesterday with no problems. In a couple of weeks I'll change out the oil.
Thanks, Teej
*****Kazuma air filters come un-oiled and there is nothing in the manuals telling owners to oil them. *******
