Kazuma 110 Falcon MKII stalling
#1
Have a new Kazuma 110 Falcon MKII. It starts right up. We are trying to break it in. After about 5 minutes of riding it stalls. And it won't start again unless it sits for a while like over night. This has happened to my son. Thinking he did something wrong, I tried it yesterday and the same thing happened to me. Tried choking it, starting without applying gas, while applying gas, etc. I have adjusted the carb as per the manuals directions twice now and it still has not made a difference. Seems like when the the engine warms up it stalls and won't start again and run until it cools, but then again stalls when it warms back up.
What could this be? What else do I need to check and how do I do it?
thank you, Teej6

Who did you buy the 110 from? I bought one about 1 year ago and it has ran perfect since day one. My son loves it. I just put on a better, bigger tire and it is like a night and day difference in handling and ride. Before the tire change it was a rough ride but now the suspension actually works and it rides sooo much smoother. The stock tires were 18-9.5-8 rear , 19-7-8 front generic and hard, the new tires are rear 20-9-8 front 20-7-8 soft compound fox a/t. Some of them had carb problems and you may need a new carb. One thing I would highly recommend is a clamp on filter. The stock air box is crap and it will let all kinds of dirt in the motor.

My son's is working great now. Worked on it for 30 minutes yesterday. Adjusted the carb again. Added gas with Stabil in it. Blew air through the gas tank vent tube. Oiled the air filter. Let is idle for about 15-20 minutes then adjusted the choke again. My son rode it for about 30 minutes and I adjusted the choke one more time. My son rode it all day yesterday with no problems. In a couple of weeks I'll change out the oil.
Thanks, Teej6
####Kazuma air filters come un-oiled and there is nothing in the manuals telling owners to oil them!!#####
