Default New Red Cat Falcon setup question

Hello, We just bought a new Red Cat Falcon 150 and I have a question about changing the oil after we assemble it. I know that you should change the crankcase oil, but what about the gearbox oil. The lube in the gearbox seems to be regular gear lube, but the level seems to be to high. Should the gear lube level cover half of the sight glass? One last question, there are two drain plugs under the the gearbox and the differential. I removed both of these and drained out the lube. I am not sure that the one filler hole on top refills both of these. Was this a mistake? Thanks for the help, this is our first ATV

Welcome to the forum greyman, Is your 150 a shaft drive? I looked around for a 150 with a shaft drive but couldnt find one to reference. I would try getting a hold of John at Raceway Atvs.

Thanks for the reply. The model that I have is a chain drive. I tried to call Raceway ATV but the number on the website seems to be incorrect, seems to be for a insurance company.

Raceway's tell number is 1-888-raceatv. Usually on a visual sight glass indicator you want it to be somewhere halfway on the sight glass with the atv on level ground. As far as the two drain plugs you got me there. On my KMZ 150 I believe there is only one. Try raceway again, they should be able to help you out.

The only place that I put oil in my wifes Yamoto is the engine. I would need to see a picture of where your putting oil to help you out more. Or a link to a picture of one.
