Pick up front end and set it back down you hear metal to metal in the bearing area of the shaft, tried to tighten but it's all tight tried to put grease in the zerk there and that didn't stop it. Is there suppose to be some play in the knuckle ? There is only one bolt that goes all the way through to the bottom of it where the is some sort of wire through the srew itself (cotter pin), any ideas? Is it fine, no worries? Thanks

 

Both of mine do that, The 97 still clunked after I installed new bushings as well. Run it, just keep an eye on it.
