Default LT 80 Question.

I just had the head milled .030 and took took out 2 front rollers in the clutch. Do I need to rejet for the head mod? It dosen't seem to have the punch off the line as it did before. It wants to bog a little but after it revs up its ok. Any input would be great.

Well that's weird. the higher compression should make it grunt better, not worse.
No jetting is ness, but they are jetted fat. You can go to a 90main w/o problem. As allways, let the plug color guide you.
The carb may need cleaning.
Your bog may be the new stall speed from the roller removal. if a problem, put the rollers back in and see what it does.

If you got any grease or other contaminants on the belt or clutches it can bog also. They must remain clean and dry to work correctly. Brake cleaner works well.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to clean the belt and see what happens.

Default LT 80 Question.

Also check fuel lines i would suggest as this can cause a "surge" of power, just a thought!

Cheers
