kazuma falcon 110 questions
You mat y be abloe to go to the kazuma site and download a manual. If not then call John at Raceway and he may be able to help. As for the battery you need to fill each cell up evenly with the acid then charge the battery. If you need other help just ask. I or others should know.

Even with the manual they do not give any installation instructions. It is pretty simple though and if you had any questions we can help. Not sure if you have read any of the other posts about the chinese atv's. You need to pay special attension when puting everything together. Make sure ALL nuts and bolts are tight. You might want to get some locktite to put on the major nuts and bolts because they will come loose.

HOOL,
Why would any one bash you? NEWBIE, NEWBIE,NEWBIE!
Just kidding. If it is a chain drive then it only takes oil. If it is shaft drive then it has gear box oil. I know the redcat and kazuma falcons are chain drive. There is no dipstick to check oil. The sight glass shows oil level. Make sure you change the oil right away. Let it run at idle for about 30-45min this will give the battery a chance to charge and it will dissolve the gelpack in the carb better. You dont want to just gas and go. Once you let it run for this time then let it cool. Then you can start and make any adjustments and have fun.

Thanks 2manytoys, I changed the oil this afternoon but I made one mistake. I opened the wrong drain plug first. This one was under pressure from a spring inside and a small amount of oil/lubricant drained out. I think this is the gear box but I am not sure. Can you tell me what this is and what I should pour back in there? This plug was right next to the oil plug and is actually angled up some.
