I don't think anyone has replied to your message, I will try and help you. I dont know if the 250's are the same as the other Kazumas, but my thought is yes. You are right about the carb, there are two screws should be on the right side, one is for the air/fuel mix and the other is idel. The one that looks to be on top is the idle screw and the one on the bottom towards the left of the one on top is the air/fuel mixture screw. The mix screw in SC is two full turns from full close. Close is all the way clockward. The idle is the same, you will need to adjust these alittle, depending on were you live.
