The fender was half missing, broken off, the missing part was not in it. I took pictures the night I completely took trhe crate apart, as well as I called Paul to tell him about the damage. Kinda hard to smash the thing when ya dont have an accelerator cable or any brakes, but thanks for the comment.

Paul, My last message to your call phone was one that I was saying please call me back and lets work this out, I never heard back from you. IMHO the gal ya have workin for ya really made this horrific by tyellin me everything I posted, before and basically just blowin me off.

I got another quad the day I finally gave up waiting, yes about 3 weeks ago as I stated as I needed a quad for myself while I was finishing my vacation w/ my kids, which I explained to Amanda repeatedly, how if she could send parts to me there if possible even so I had something. Again, was just a bad experience from jump street. I'm over it now.

Also, I sent Amanda all the pictures of the damage on Dec 14th, I'm trying to figure out how to post them(pictures), so bear w/ me.

Paul, all I can say is I own a small business myself, and I have problems w/ people here and there, but the fact is I got blown off by her completely, and I did try to call you, and I did leave you a message to of all of this, and NEVER heard back from anyone on it. Last time I called the shop I got laughed at, and hung up on.

Paul, Amanda is making you look bad ...I would let everyone know that you have canned her or given a written last chance deal! However, she is your bad apple and regardless, if you do nothing this reflects on you. She has to go! Seadog

Paul, I tell ya what......Although I feel as if I have been put through the wringer on this, here is my offer. I have NO chance at this time of filing ANY claim w/ the shipper, which was my point all along w/ Amanda. The very day I opened the crate , you answered the phone there and told me the importance of doing so, AND, even though, I thought it was your responsibility to cover a non apparent shipping injury, I did what you said, and I called Amanda the next day, over ,and over again(I wont repeat the story). Now I was at a time constraint and nothing happened, no fax, no parts, no info to organize a claim, not to mention the fact I wanted the quad for a vacation I was on w/ my kids. I finally gave you the opp to make amends never heard from you, fine, water under the bridge, done, and over with, I finally called my CC to dispute charge, and here we are......

I tell ya what, I will offer you this olive branch. Send me a new front fender, accelerator cable, and brake hose(the one that connects directly to the RF hand brake lever), at your expense, and I will drop the dispute. Yes, I bought another quad, but I have a son who is 13 next month, and this would be a nice fit for him, plus I like the Yama I bought myself in the interim. I dont think that is asking to much on my end, as I will live w/ the gouged gooseneck, slightly bent fork, completely smashed in innoperable temp gauge, brake rotor I think might go away once hose is on, and bled. Let me know Paul. I just submitted the final letter to the CC Co., BUT will gladly tell them to drop it, if you want. If ya agree I will give ya a reasonable 10 days to get parts to me, AND, since I have 2 other KAZ 110's, and now this one to my fleet, well lets be realistic, ya know I will need parts for them down the road I will consider you for future business as well. I am going to send you all of the pictures I took the "opening" day as well as I suspect someone might not of kept you in the loop w/ those.

The ball is in your court, I hope we can work it out this way. Tim.

Tim, that sounds fair, I'll refund your card for the parts. I would still suggest filing a claim with the shipper for your own benefit (you never know) but either way the parts will be free from Great Lakes ATV. We might even have a spre temp gauge. I'll check today.

Seadawg, I hear ya but she's been with us for 2 years and we haven't had problems until this xmas season. She has been copied on this thread and knows what people said. She feels bad and I want to give her a second chance. Call me on my cell, I know we've played phone tag but if you have another number to reach you on please leave that in my voicemail. Thx

Sir, your business, your call. If I need parts...I will not talk with her. Note that if people are going to this effort on this thread, how many others are out there that haven't said anything. I gave 4 chances for her to call me back, follow up and etc. I'm a kind a patient person, but she needs to go into another line of work. However, I respect that you stand by your people. I would set up an internal QA system to check behind her. Trust, but verify. Good luck. Seadog
