Default TRX90 tires and handlebars

I have two Honda trx90 machines 03'&05', whats the best back tire and proper size to put on this machine for Hare scramble type riding or trail riding?(stock is 19x8x8) And I need to get away from the stock bars, what would work for this machine. The boys need them hopped up a bit

I've asked this question a bunch of times without any replies. From my research, there are no buyable handlebar risers available. As for the tires, I looked at Maxxis. With those tires you will have to buy new front rims (stock is 8" and Maxxis available in 10"). You'll also take an inch clearance off from the rear using the Maxxis tires.

Does anyone else have any tire suggestions? Those balloon tires really are bouncy...

Sleeper2021, Not to sure about the handlebars as I have been looking also but I did find some tires that fit the stock rims. They are the new Maxxis tires on the 2007 Kawasaki KFX90 and they look like the perfect tire for the my daughter's 06 trx90. They are squared just like the razers but similiar to the stock tread on my 400ex. Plus I think they are the same size as the stock tires, maybe 1 inch less wide. The problem is I contacted Maxxis about them to find out the model number and they told me to contact the Kawasaki Dealer. That comment kinda pissed me off and makes me second guess buying their products if that is the customer support that you would get from a company. I do not know if that helps any but just thought I'd put my 2 cents in.

Mini quad bars are generally classified as "Mini Quad" and not specified for a particular model from what I have seen..

As for tires I wouldn't let the rim size restirct your selection....Most of time it is actually cheaper to buy a tire/rim combo than buying the tires separately and then paying someone to put them on....Plus you can save weight with aluminum rims..

Try recreationtires.com ...

You can get a kit for all 4 wheels for $208 w/ 16" wheels and $224 w/ 18" wheels (Douglas .125 aluminum with Sno Hog tires)..This is mounted...Just added shipping and your set.....

We have the Sno Hogs and they hold up very well!! It is the standard performance tire for mini quads...

Hope this helps.....

Check out www.powroll.com for the TRX90 125cc National kit....

If you ever change out the Honda's you should consider the DRX90 by DRR......

Good luck with your boys!!
