Carb problems
I have a yamoto 50 and having problems with it getting enough fuel. I've moved the needle up all the way it will go, It started off in the middle and every time I moved it it helped it idle a bit better and helped it rev up. Now cer-clip is as far down as it can go and it act like i need to lower it more. It still doesn't idle completely and if you punch it when the motor revs down it will go all the way down and die. Is there a different jet that I might need to replace or should I woop out the drimel and make another ring so the cer-clip can go down futher. And its not the idle screw, if i turn it up any more the motor doesn't ideal down, the motor is acting like it needs more fuel. I have checked and cleaned the carb, theres no trash in any of the lines.

moving the needle will not solve idle problems, you moved the needle up thus causing a rich condition. thats why when you pinned the throtttle it dies because the pilot transfers to the needle(which is to rich)..idle comes from the pilot jet. take the jet and clean it with some carb cleaner and blow it out. You might want to get a new spark plug also.
