Hi everyone, I just recently bought a falcon 250 from a guy who hadn't rode more than down the driveway and back. It had a starter drive problem when I picked it up. He told me the dealer was going to send parts. I got it and removed the right side casing. I got to the drive but I don't have the proper puller for the rotor assy. But just disturbing the rotor cause the rollers to free up and the drive worked. This was only temporary. Now any time I want to ride it I have to remove the left side casing (No oil or water to contend with) and just turn the hub a couple times till I feel the drive engauge and I can put it back together and start it ..... once. Turns out the original owner can't get the dealer to respond to his request. Has anyone else expierienced similar problems and does anyone know if Kawa, Suki, or Honda starter drive rollers and springs will fit. Also if the rotor removal tool is available. Any info is appreciated.
