why does the battery keep going bad?

The factory batteries in them are junk and if you have an alarm on the atv it is defective. You can disconnect the alarm and get a new battery at walmart. Did you change the oil in it?

yes i have changed the oil. how can i disconnect the alarm?

Not sure but guys here have done it or you can call and talk to John at Raceway. He recommends doing this also.

Your best bet is to replace the factory battery and install a on/off switch inline with the red wire going to the battery that has the fuse on it. You will then be able to elimanate any draw and keep your alarm system intacked.
