i am sorry that it took awhile to get back. yes, i do have 2 adjustment bolts. it did not seem as though the rear axle moved any at all when the bike was engaged. it seems as though it is some how coming from the front gear, but the engines mounts are tight and the gear is riding on the shaft like it should be.
the latest post said that he used a c-clamp for a chain guide, where did you put the c-clamp and did you modify the c-clamp?
thanks for your help,

no modification needed. The c clamp has to be at least 4 to 5 inches deep. I clamped it to the bar on the A frame just above the chain with the bolts facing down with the chain right in the middle of the clamp bolts.I did put a small piece of 3/8 pvc pipe so the chain did not hit the metal on the bolts. And yes I thought that the chain would probably wear out the pvc.But to my surprise it bearly even scratch it.So far I been riding for a couple of weeks.and the chain has not come off nor has it needed any adjustments. My guess is since the chain is no longer slapping around, the sprockets cant strech it out like it used to.
