.

If getting lights from your local auto / hardware type store, ensure their combined Watts are below 32. If wondering, the stator on the '03 Polaris 90 is 12 volts but can only pump out 32-35 watts. If you install 2x20 watt lights, it will drain the battery very quickly. If wondering, I installed DRLs on my son's '03 Pred-90. We used 2 x auto fog lights that contain MR11-20 bulbs. We then downgraded their MR11-20 bulbs with MR11-10 watt bults. I then re-wired the tail light to be a combo light. To reduce wattage drain on the rear light, I replaced its 1157 conventional bulb with a 1157 LED "low wattage" bulb. Thus, more available watts for the 2 x front lights. In the winter (for our "around the house") driving, I replaced 1 front MR11-10 bulb with a MR11-20 bulb. Thus, still remaining under the 32 watt max limit. Our battery has never gone dead when staying under 32 total watts.

Hope this helps as well....
